Order Policy

• Orders shipped to an Illinois address are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
• Most items are ship USPS Priority Mail at usually a minimum charge of $9.35.  Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 days in most cases.
• Minimum UPS ground residential delivery charge can be $16.00 or more.  Estimated delivery time for UPS ground service is 1 to 5 days in most cases.  UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box address.
• After we receive your order you will receive confirmation along with total charges.  Shipping charges may be estimated until final shipping weight is known.
• If more than one item is ordered and not all items are available we normally will hold your order and ship it complete.   If you wish, we can ship all available items, but expect additional shipping charges for each shipment.
• Your credit card is not charged until items are ready for shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order just return it within 10 days for a refund or exchange.   Items must be in their original condition.  Soiled or damaged items will not be accepted.   Certain items are subject to a 15% restock fee.  Please contact us before returning any items.   Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.   Please include a copy of your receipt along with a note saying why you are returning your order.   Sorry, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
